    Workshop is a powerful reclamation space for women ready to remember and heal.
    This 90-minute experience includes a blend of somatic and energetic practices designed to bring you home to your voice and womb.

    We’ll move through a gentle embodiment practice, a throat-clearing exercise, and guided journaling prompts to help you access your truth and begin shifting ancestral patterns.

    You’ll gain deeper insight into epigenetics and womb consciousness—understanding how we store unspoken stories and inherited fear in the body, and how to begin transmuting them.

    The workshop ends with a healing activation, allowing space for integration, release, and inner empowerment. You’ll leave with practical tools and a renewed connection to your feminine wisdom.
